MY STORY

From a young age, I was exposed to the fascinating world of visual media, and it wasn’t long before I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in the film industry. To me, films contain an element of magic - the ability to transport us to another time and place, to bring out emotions and alter perceptions.

As a creative individual, these are some of the aspects that attracted me to get involved in this industry.   • Coordinated all departments by organising production meetings, distributing schedules, and maintaining clear communication between cast and crew, improving workflow efficiency throughout the project.

  • Managed the production budget by allocating funds across equipment, locations, transport, and catering, ensuring expenses stayed within planned limits.

  • Secured locations, permits, and resources needed for the shoot, resolving issues quickly to avoid delays and keep production on schedule.

  • Oversaw daily on-set operations, supporting the Director and HODs while ensuring the crew had what they needed to maintain a productive working environment.

Medusa Complex

Served as the Gaffer on a short film, overseeing all lighting design and electrical setups to support the Director of Photography’s visual style and ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient workflow on set.

  • Designed and executed lighting setups based on the Director of Photography’s vision, ensuring consistent visual quality across all scenes.

  • Led the lighting team by organising tasks, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating quick lighting adjustments during fast-paced shoot days.

  • Managed all lighting equipment, including rigging, modifiers, stands, and cables, ensuring safe installation and proper operation throughout production.

Between Brushtrokes

Directing: a narrative short film developed over a five-month planning and production period, overseeing all creative and logistical aspects from concept to final shoot.

  • Coordinated a team of 10+ cast and crew members across pre-production and production phases, establishing smooth communication and consistent delivery of the creative vision.

  • Maintained a 100% adherence to the production schedule by following the schedule, shot lists, and contingency plans, reducing reshoot needs by 15%.

The Man In the Woods

Producing: A short film over 5 months, managing all production logistics and team coordination. Oversaw development from pre-production through post, making sure delivery on time and within budget.

  • Led communication across departments, holding weekly production meetings and 1-on-1 checkins, improving workflow efficiency and resolving preemptive issues across camera, art, and sound teams.

  • Administered a budget of £5,500, allocating resources across departments and crowdfunding campaigns; managed purchases, rentals, and sponsorship inquiries, keeping expenses within 95% of projected totals.

NASTA

Worked as the videographer and photographer for live events, capturing key moments and delivering high-quality visual content tailored to the client’s needs and brand identity.

Worked as the Best Boy Electric on a short film, supporting the Gaffer in managing the lighting team, organising equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient electrical operations throughout the shoot.

  • Assisted the Gaffer with planning and executing lighting setups based on the Director of Photography’s visual requirements.

  • Managed and organised all lighting and electrical equipment, ensuring cables, lights, stands, and power distribution were safely set up and ready for use.

  • Coordinated the lighting team by assigning tasks, supporting rigging and de-rigging, and maintaining clear communication during fast-paced setups.

  • Ensured proper power management on set, including running cables, securing distribution boxes, and monitoring safe load levels for all equipment.

  • Adapted quickly to changes in lighting needs, assisting with fast adjustments and resets to keep the production on schedule.

Worked as the 2nd AC on a short film, supporting the camera department through efficient organisation, equipment management, and smooth execution of all technical tasks during production.

  • Managed the slate/clapperboard for every take, ensuring accurate labeling and sync information for the editorial team.

  • Prepped camera equipment daily, organising lenses, batteries, media, filters, and accessories to ensure the 1st AC and Camera Operator had everything ready for each setup.

  • Assisted with lens changes, battery swaps, and rig adjustments, often completing tasks within tight timeframes to maintain a steady shooting pace.

  • Maintained detailed camera logs, tracking takes, card usage, and equipment status to support post-production and keep the department organised.

  • Assisted in planning the shooting schedule, organising production documents, and coordinating communication between all departments to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Helped manage the production budget by tracking expenses, sourcing cost-effective resources, and ensuring purchases stayed within the allocated plan.

  • Coordinated locations, including securing permits, handling availability, and communicating requirements to cast and crew.

  • Supported casting, scheduling, and talent communication, ensuring actors received accurate call times, scripts, and updates.

  • Oversaw on-set logistics such as crew sign-in, catering, equipment transport, and scene preparation to help maintain an efficient shooting day.

  • Assisted in post-production coordination by organising assets, communicating deadlines, and ensuring editors, composers, and sound designers had what they needed.

Served as Co-Producer on a short film, supporting the lead producer in managing all logistical, financial, and organisational elements of the project to ensure a smooth production from development through post-production.

  • Assisted in managing the production budget, tracking expenses, and allocating funds across departments such as art, camera, transport, and catering.

Worked as the videographer and photographer for a live boxing event, capturing dynamic in-ring action, fighter preparations, and audience atmosphere to produce high-quality promotional content.

  • Filmed fast-paced boxing matches, ensuring smooth tracking, sharp focus, and clear visibility of key moments such as punches, reactions, and referee calls.

  • Photographed fighters, coaches, and crowd interactions, delivering a strong mix of action shots, portraits, and atmosphere images.

  • Coordinated with event organisers, coaches, and referees to understand the schedule, match order, and key moments to cover, ensuring complete event documentation.

  • Adapted exposure, focus, and framing quickly to shifting lighting conditions and fast movement in and around the ring.

July 2025 - August 2025

Camp Bestival

Production Coordinator: A Music Festival that happens every year, oversees all production logistics and team coordination. Oversaw Crew organisation, making sure to deliver the rotas/schedules on time, leading a team of 31 Crew Members

  • Led communication across departments, holding meetings with the 7 people on shift to make sure to be right time and place, improving workflow efficiency and resolving preemptive issues between the main stage and the Technical department in the Crew.

  • 1-to-1 meeting with the stage coordinator to discuss the stage plans and advert organisation, provided communication with the stage manager, for any changes to the schedule, or changes to the gigs happening on stage.
